Ready Set Work (Employers and Employees)...what do we need?

Ready Set Work continues this time with Employability Skills Training.

In any organization you find yourself, it is very important to always remember the power of TEAM WORK.

The videos below, although they make you laugh but you also get to see how impotant corporation is in a team work.

Watch one team video here

Watch another Team Work video here

Ready for another team video here

Here is the forth team video

And here is the fifth team video

Watch these videos and see how cooperation of one member of the team  or lack of it can make or mar a whole team.

Every organization needs an employee who can be a good team member and every employer must either be a good team member or a good team leader.

Team members have the opportunity to learn from each other.
Potential exists for greater work force flexibility with cross-training.
Opportunity provided for synergistic combinations of ideas and abilities.
New approaches to tasks may be discovered.
Teams membership can provide social facilitation and support for difficult tasks and situations.
Communication and information exchange may be facilitated and increased.
Teams can foster greater cooperation among team members.
Interdependent work flow can be enhanced.
Potential exists for greater acceptance and understanding of team-made decisions.

No matter the team, humans are in the mix, and each team member brings along all of their baggage - for good and for ill. So, diverse people with different life experiences, different work experiences, and varying degrees of success can work together as a team and make great impacts in life if they put away their differences.

The background song of the videos are also available in case you love the song cause I totally do. you can download it by clicking on the link below.
