It's here again! It's bigger! It's better! Ready Set Work 2.0…

Ready Set work 2.0 is here again, bigger and, promises to be better than the Ready Set Work 1.0 experience.


Like its maiden edition, the programme is packaged by the Lagos State government to give Lagos State graduating students once in a life time opportunity of undergoing internship at some of the biggest bluechip companies in Nigeria (for participants who are eventually grouped into the employability tract of the programme) and apprenticeship slot in some of the leading startup companies in Nigeria (for participants who are eventually grouped into the entrepreneurship tract).

This year, Ready Set Work is Bigger… HOW?
Ready Set Work is no longer for graduating students from LASU, LASPOTECH and LASCOHET, it has now been extended to graduating students from all state-owned higher Institutions with inclusion of the federal higher Institution in the state: LASU, LASPOTECH, AOCED, LASCOHET, MACED and UNILAG.

Ready Set Work will no longer be for 500 participants, Ready Set Work is now opened to 2,000 final year students from all the participating institutions. It doesn’t end here, Ready Set Work 2.0 is also opened to 10,000 students in their penultimate year (this is new!), who will have their classes online (RSW Online Academy).

This year, Ready Set Work is Better…HOW?

RSW online Academy is now available to students in their penultimate year and it will serve as a prerequisite for participation in their final year. Are you a student in Lagos state or do you know any student in Lagos state who is in his or her penultimate year? You still have the opportunity to register for RSW Online Academy as registration closes on 28th of July, 2017. You can click here to register for RSW Online Academy.

Internship / apprenticeship placement is no longer for 50 – 100 participants but now for 500-750 participants (PAID INTERNSHIP / APPRENTICESHIP!)

Congratulations to students who have successfully registered and started the RSW weekly classes in the various institutions. If you are a penultimate student in Lagos state and you are yet to register for RSW Online Academy, hurry and do so now.

Successful participants of Ready Set Work 2017 are advised to take Resumption Time and Attendance very important as the Ready Set Work organizers also takes these two things importantly.

Trust me, you don’t want to joke with you Attendance and Time at RSW.
