Stumbled Upon

Hi everyone,

No,  it's not the Stumbled Upon App

Alright. So,  I was at work on Thursday and it was already 4.35pm...which means that everyone was already wrapping up for the day and so was I. All of a sudden,  my colleague came out from the convenience with this beautiful gown and asked me to help her with the zipper.

"OK" I said and moved towards her to help out. Upon touching the zipper, I realized it was stuck; so, I dragged it up gently the first time, did not move (hmm kini gbogbo eleyi bayi) I did the same thing the second time, still, no result! Then,  I tried to use another method to work the zipper out but unfortunately for me,  the zipper pulled and I was like... WHAT!  (ye mo gbe o!)

"Dont worry,  I can amend it" I said to her.  (she was already frowning and complaining about the party she's not about to miss!) "Just go to the convenience, pull it off and bring it". Lo and behold,  I tried my local magic with the zipper for fifteen minutes it didn't work out! So,  I summoned courage and told her that I couldn't mend it (this was around 5:00pm ooo, when everyone had packed up their bags and had started saying their goodbyes).

Since I was the one that spoiled the zipper, I volunteered to take it to the tailor shop (our local fashion designer) for amendment (on a normal day,  I was mad at myself for agreeing to help with the zipper in the first place and at her for what happened. But, it turned out that everything works together for good).

On getting to the tailor shop, their radio was tuned to a station I don't remember but the program on air by the time I got to the shop was 'confession something something sha' and they were talking about a guy who confessed to stealing a lot (for no reason); not that he needs to, and he steals from people that are dear to him; that was when I first heard the word KLEPTOMANIA...the anchor of the program said that he was suffering from a disorder called KLEPTOMANIA.

WHAT??? Sincerely, this was the first time I'm hearing of this kind of disorder.  Hence,  this write-up.

Now,  there are many disorders out there that I don't know about and I'm sure I'm not alone in this situation.

But as usual,  I am willing to dig up any information on other types of disorders (both common and uncommon).

So,  stay with us as I share the list I am able to discover (tomorrow)

Know anyone who might be in the same category with me and would like to know about this? Please share with them (facebook, instagram and twitter - @Ladybeccasblog)

Thanks. See you tomorrow ☺
